I’m Roxanne, and I co-own Hartfelt London. We specialise in personalised gifting, so I understand the importance of making something fully bespoke! However I have a wealth of event experience too. I started my career in flowers when I was just 15 years old. I now have over 15 years’ experience in the wedding industry, award-winning florist and more recently in commercial photoshoot styling and brand creation. By combining these unique skills I can truly bring your event vision to life. I take the time to get to know you, your background and your passions to design everything from stationery to event props. Many of our props are fully customisable to purchase or hire.
The Complete Wedding Styling Package
With full access to all our props, glassware, signage, stationery and most importantly me! A seasoned wedding specialist, for any questions you have, taking all the burden off you ahead of the day itself. Don’t worry about setting up a single thing, as you will have me and my team on the day to take care of it all.
Planning meetings – An initial meeting where I get to know you (and your partner if your event is your big day!), learn about your personal style and vision.
Event Mood Board creation – I will pull together a fully interactive mood board which we will iterate and build on until it perfectly matches your vision.
Event Branding – From your mood board I will create your event ‘brand’. From colours to fonts, we will then use this branding guide for everything related to your event. From flower recommendations to sweet treats, supplier recommendations and logistics, I will cover everything and anything you wish. This can be shared with other suppliers to keep everyone working from the same page, ensuring a seamless day.
Event Prop Hire – acrylic and wooden signage, large hoops, crates, glassware, candles, crockery. Feel overwhelmed trawling through catalogues? Don’t fret- I will pull together the perfect collection just for you. If I don’t already have it, I’ll find it!
24/7 access to your stylist – It’s 11pm and you have a question? No issue, I’m there for you 24/7 to alleviate all the stress.
Your own wedding stylist on the day – to ensure everything is perfectly in place (even sealing ribbons so they don’t fray as you can see in the adjacent picture)! I will work closely with all relevant suppliers (photographer, florist, caterers) to ensure that everything goes smoothly. I will set everything up and dissemble after the event.
