Returns Policy

 

Always check your items upon receipt. Although your order will be quality checked before despatch, there is always a small chance something could be missed or your item could become damaged in transit.

The customer is responsible for ensuring all personalisation completed with their order is accurate. Items that have been personalised with spelling errors or incorrect information supplied by the customer are not eligible for return.

 

Items You No Longer Want

Unless faulty, unfortunately personalised items are not eligible for return.

 

Faulty Item Returns

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us as promptly as possible (within 7 working days of receiving the item) and we will arrange for this to be replaced as soon as possible.

If the product you have ordered is faulty, you have 28 days from the date of receipt to return it back to us for either a refund or replacement. You can either post the item back to us using Recorded 2nd Class postage, and we will refund this cost back to you or we will send you a pre-paid return slip.

For faulty items over 2kg, please contact us before returning your item as we may be able to arrange a courier or organise an alternative method of return.

 

Cancellations

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please call us within 30 minutes of placing your order, so you order can be cancelled before it has been made.

Unfortunately, if we have started to create your personalised order, we are unable to cancel it and you will be liable for the cost of returning the unwanted items.
